Sally Anders began her adult life a married, mother of three, high school drop out. While finishing high school, she discovered a lifelong love of learning. She returned to school to complete an Associates Degree in Dental Hygiene, had another beautiful child, and went on to the University of Wisconsin, Madison.

After graduating from the University, Sally moved into management, and immediately saw a great need for improved communication, trust, attitude and self-esteem in the workplace. Having an extensive background dealing with these issues, first with five older brothers, then at the Post Office and later working with dental patients with less than stellar attitudes, she designed RealSolutions to address these topics.
